Olde Park

Located just off Mathis Ferry Road and minutes from downtown Charleston, this is one of Mt Pleasant’s exceptional neighborhoods.  Residents enjoy wonderful custom-designed homes with every modern convenience imaginable.  The majority of homes boast beautiful Brazilian cherry floors and granite counter tops, some with luxurious limestone floors and steam rooms.  Though Olde Park is newly built, the neighborhood resembles a more established community and features lush landscaping.
